The Drug Interactions tool helps you check for interacting drugs, their effects, and clinical significance. With the correct information at the point of care, a significant number of adverse drug events can be prevented.
The interactions tool provides instant access to drug-drug, drug-food, drug-ethanol, and drug-lab test reactions (drug-tobacco, drug-pregnancy, and drug-lactation available with a subscription to DRUG-REAX®).
|
NOTE: Customers subscribing to the DRUG-REAX System will see functionality and links not displayed to non-subscribers. For example, DRUG-REAX customers are able to add patient allergies into the drugs to check and the allergy is calculated against all other drugs in the list. They will also see drug-tobacco, drug-pregnancy,
and drug-lactation interaction information. |
